Erro ao desinstalar pelo DC “Could not connect to net.tcp://localhost:8005/AUCServer200”   

Ao tentar desinstalar postos pelo windows services do Servidor recebo constantemente a mensagem que existe algo a barrar a comunicação

No event Viewer está a dar o erro:
